INTERNAL SECURITY PROTOCOL
1. Protocol on Mob Lynching & Civil Unrest
Neelaxmi recognizes that in specific conflict zones or situations of "Mob Lynching," standard police arrival might be delayed. Our protocol is designed to maximize survival chances through Anonymized Deterrence.
- Ghost Mode Activation: When a "Mob Lynching" threat is detected, the app triggers silent recording. Audio/Video is streamed to the cloud instantly.
- The Deterrence Factor: If the user chooses, the app can broadcast an automated voice message: "This incident is being recorded and live-streamed to State Police Servers. Your faces have been identified."
- Volunteer Safety: In lynching scenarios, "Neelaxmi Heroes" are advised NOT to intervene physically if outnumbered. Their role is restricted to "Distant Witnessing" and capturing additional angles of evidence from a safe distance (50m+).
2. Protocol on Fake Emergencies & Misuse
Zero Tolerance Policy
The "Silent Blast Protocol" consumes significant resources, including the time of doctors, firemen, and volunteers. Misuse of the SOS button for "testing" or "pranks" is a criminal offense.
Legal Penalties: Misleading public servants is punishable under Section 182 and 211 of the IPC. Neelaxmi will provide your verified Aadhaar/KYC data to authorities for immediate prosecution.
Financial Penalty: A "Recovery Fee" of ₹2,500 will be charged to the user's linked account to compensate the "Heroes" who responded to the fake alert.
Verification: If a user triggers Button 3 (Crime) and stays stationary in a "Safe Zone" for more than 5 minutes without responding to the command center, the incident is flagged for manual review.
3. Limitations: If We Fail to Secure You
Neelaxmi — The Saviour is an Algorithmic Assistive Tool, not a replacement for State Security. We acknowledge that failure can occur due to:
- Technical "Black-Outs": Loss of 4G/5G signal, GPS jamming, or hardware failure on the user's device.
- Physical Distance: If no "Neelaxmi Hero" is available within a 2km radius and official responders are delayed by traffic.
- Liability Waiver: By using this app, you acknowledge that Neelaxmi — The Group is not liable for any injury or loss resulting from the unavailability of responders. We provide the infrastructure for help, not the guarantee of safety.
4. The "Gratitude" & Reward Protocol
Our volunteer network runs on a "Proof of Presence" reward system to ensure help actually arrives.
The 10m Verification: A Hero only becomes eligible for rewards when their GPS coordinate overlaps with the Victim's GPS within a 10-meter radius for at least 5 minutes.
The 5% Maintenance: From every "Gratitude Donation" sent by a victim, 95% goes to the Hero, and 5% is retained for Cloud Server costs (AWS S3) and Evidence Vault maintenance.
Hero Ranks:
• Bronze: 1-10 Rescues (Basic rewards)
• Silver: 11-50 Rescues (Priority support)
• Gold/Platinum: 50+ Rescues (Eligible for Neelaxmi Health Insurance coverage).
