Inspiration for the Brave
"Volunteers do not necessarily have the time; they just have the heart."
— Elizabeth Andrew"The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others."
— Mahatma Gandhi"Volunteers are not paid—not because they are worthless, but because they are priceless."
— Sherry Anderson"We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give."

The "First Contact" Protocol
Verify & Identify
Instantly identify yourself: "I am a Neelaxmi Hero. I am here to help." Check the victim's level of consciousness using the AVPU scale.
Secure the Perimeter
If in a crowd, create a 'Physical Buffer'. Instruct bystanders to step back 5 feet. Use a loud, clear voice to command the space.
Stop the Leak
Prioritize Hemorrhage (Bleeding) control immediately. Apply direct pressure using the Neelaxmi First Aid Kit provided to you.
Controlling the Scene
When a crowd turns into a mob or panic ensues:
- Distraction: Direct bystanders to call 108 or guide the ambulance.
- Barrier: Use your body and gear to shield the victim from cameras.
- Communication: Keep talking to the victim to prevent shock.
Reward & "Gratitude" Money
We believe kindness should be sustainable. Heroes are rewarded through the "Proof of Presence" system.
Reward Distribution
*Reward is credited to the 'Hero Wallet' once GPS confirms 5 mins of proximity to the victim.
